The pendant is sealed with a protective coating that adds a glass-like shine and includes a silver-plated bail. (Chain NOT included.) You can use them as pendants or key charms. Grilled Chicken with Mango Salsa

Serves - 4 Points - 5
Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1 cup orange juice 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 1 large mango, peeled and diced 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced 1 Tbsp. olive oil 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
Directions Combine orange juice, garlic powder and black pepper; add chicken. Marinate overnight. Cook chicken on countertop grill or on outdoor grill.
In a medium bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeno, olive oil and lime juice.
Place chicken on serving plate, top with 1/4 of the salsa mixture. Serve over rice, if desired.
NOTE: Nutrition Information does NOT include rice.
