1 (14 1/4 oz) can no-salt added beef broth
1 Tbsp low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 c quick-cooking barley, uncooked
Vegetable cooking spray
1 (8 oz) pkg sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c finely chopped celery (about 1 rib)

Methods/steps

Combine first 4 ingredients in med. saucepan; bring to boil. Add barley; cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat, let stand 5 min.

While barley stands, coat large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place over med-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms, onion and celery; cook 3 min. or until tender, stirring often. Stir into cooked barley.
