Cherry Tomatoes with Hummus

50 cherry tomatoes
2 cups chickpeas, rinsed
2 cloves garlic, quartered
3 Tbsp. tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/4 cup lemon juice

Methods/steps

Trim the bottom off of each cherry tomato so it will not tip. Slice off top and hollow out flesh and seeds with a small spoon or melon baller.
Place chickpeas, garlic, tahini, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Spoon hummus into tomatoes.
