Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Split 3 pita breads to make 6 large rounds. Cut each round into 8 wedges. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Coat with cooking spray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake on the top rack of the oven for 7 minutes or until crisp.
