Ingredients:
1 lb. bag coleslaw (shredded cabbage & carrots)*
1/2 cup raisins
3 green onions (including tops), sliced
6 oz. fat free plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dill weed
salt & pepper, to taste


Combine coleslaw, raisins and onions. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, dill weed, salt and pepper; stir well to incorporate. Add dressing to slaw mixture and toss well to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and toss again before serving.

*Coleslaw is a pre-shredded mixture of cabbage and carrots (without dressing). It can generally be found near the bagged salads in your local supermarket.
