8  ounces  whole wheat angel hair pasta
1  pound  shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tablespoons  olive oil
2 cloves  garlic, minced
4 medium  Roma tomatoes, diced
2 Tablespoons  fresh basil leaves, minced
1/8  teaspoon  black pepper
4 Tablespoons  Parmesan cheese

Methods/steps

In a large skillet, saute shrimp, garlic and black pepper in olive oil
until shrimp are done. Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss
pasta with shrimp; add fresh tomatoes and basil. Sprinkle with Parmesan
and serve.

Excellent recipe. I cut out a little bit of the fat (w/the olive oil) by using my Misto instead of pouring it in the pan and add a little more garlic. I also use a "healthier" pasta (w/wheat) to add some fiber. Overall, very easy to make and tastes great!
