In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients and form into four patties about 1" thick. Coat a large grill pan or griddle with cooking spray and set over medium heat. When pan is hot, add burgers and cook 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Mix wasabi and ketchup in a small bowl. When burgers are cooked, place on whole wheat rolls and top with ketchup mixture.
