2 large apples, diced
1 1/2 cups matchstick cut carrots
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
8 ounces fat-free plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons honey

Methods/steps

In a medium bowl, combine apples, carrots, raisins and pecans. In a separate bowl, mix together yogurt and honey. Add yogurt mixture to apple mixture; toss to thoroughly coat. Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. before serving. Stir again just before serving.
