Spicy Grilled Shrimp

2 tablespoons cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon cayenne powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice or lime juice
10-12 large raw tiger shrimp preferably with the shells on, deveined

Methods/steps

Put the first 6 ingredients into a large freezer bag and massage with fingers until mixed.  Add shrimp to marinade mixture and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.  Remove shrimp from bag.  Prepare grill for cooking. Grill, turning once, until just cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve with rice pilaf and a mixed baby greens side salad.
