1/2 cup hashbrowns, precooked in non-stick skillet sprayed with PAM
1/3 cup fat free egg substitute
2 oz. Canadian bacon, chopped

Methods/steps

Layer hashbrowns in baking dish.  Top with chopped Canadian bacon.  Pour egg substitute over ingredients.  Microwave for two minutes.
