1. Divide 1 cup of the sliced strawberries between 6 custard cups.
2. Puree the remaining 1/2 cup of strawberries in the blender.
3. Add the softened cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, and sweetner to the blender and continue blending until creamy.
4. Divide the mixture among the 6 cups and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with a whole strawberry.
