13.8 ounces Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 pound frozen, shredded hash browns, browned in a skillet
2 large eggs
1 large egg white
1/4 cup skim milk
1 cup reduced fat Cheddar cheese
1 cup skim milk Mozzarella cheese
7 ounces low-fat smoked sausage, diced and browned in a skillet

Methods/steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 15"x10" baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet and press out to cover sheet. Bake for 6 minutes in preheated oven.

In a small bowl, beat together eggs, egg white, and milk. In a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, cook eggs until soft set, stirring frequently to scramble.

Spread a thick layer of hash browns over pizza crust, spreading to edges. Scatter scrambled eggs over the hash browns. Top with Cheddar and Mozzarella, then add smoked sausage.

Bake until cheese is melted, about 8 minutes. Allow to stand for a few minutes before slicing. Cut into 10 pieces.
