Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 36 mini muffin cups with cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Combine milk, oil and egg whites in a separate bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until dry ingredients are just moistened. Fold in berries. Spoon 1 rounded tablespoonful of batter into each muffin cup. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan.
