3 cups cole slaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
1 cup chopped apples
2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon skim milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Splenda

Methods/steps

In a large bowl, combine cabbage mixture, apples and walnuts. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, skim milk, lemon juice and Splenda. Add mayonnaise mixture to cabbage mixture. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Gently stir just before serving.
