1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of broccoli soup
1/4 cup skim milk
1 large lemon, juiced
salt and pepper, to taste

Methods/steps

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet; brown chicken breasts, about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Combine soup, milk and lemon juice. Add to chicken and heat to a boil.

Cover, reduce heat and cook until chicken is done, about 15-20 minutes or until juices run clear.

Serve with steamed broccoli, if desired.
