1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves
28 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 large green bell peppers, diced
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Methods/steps

Put the chicken in the slow cooker. Top with the spaghetti sauce, green bell peppers, mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 9 hours.

Serve over whole wheat angel hair or spaghetti, if desired.
