In a large mixing bowl, combine stir boiling water into gelatin, mixing well until gelatin has dissolved. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and sour cream. Mix all very well and pour into 7" x 11" baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Cut into servings.
