15 ounces canned black beans, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
3 1/2 ounces feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Methods/steps

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve.
