In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce and sugar. Add eggs; mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; gradually add to creamed mixture alternately with bananas. Stir in carrots. Transfer to greased 8" loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
