1/2 cup cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
3/4 cup flour (all-purpose)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup yogurt, plain, skim milk
2 large egg whites
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Methods/steps

Preheat the oven to 350.
Combine the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips. Add the yogurt, vanilla and egg whites, mix well.
Turn the batter into 12 paper lined muffin tins.
Bake for 20 min or until muffins test done.
