Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray 9" round baking dish with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly.
Cut into 8 wedges.
