12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
8 oz Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 cubes ice cubes

Methods/steps

Put all into blender and blend until smooth. Top each with fat free cool whip if desired.
