1/2 oz.fat-free instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
2 cups strawberries, sliced, fresh or frozen
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
1 tsp sugar substitute

Methods/steps

Combine all ingredients together in a blender;puree until smooth. Shake thickens if allowed to sit.
