1 3/8 cups skim milk
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Methods/steps

Place milk in a 2 cup glass measuring cup. Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes or until hot. Stir sugar and salt into eggs. Blend well. Gradually stir in hot milk and vanilla, stirring constantly.
Pour mixture into four 6 oz. custard cups or dessert dishes. Arrange custard cups in a circle in microwave. Cook in microwave on 50% power for 5 minutes, or until custards are set but still jiggly. Cool at room temperature. Chill, if desired.

I love custard so this really appealed to me. It was so very tasty and easy! I'm trying it again tonight with splenda instead of sugar which will cut the points to 2. Hope it works!
