In a large mixing bowl, whisk pudding mix into milk. Continue to stir with whisk for 2 minutes. Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture.
Line an 8"x 8" baking dish with 4 sheets of graham crackers. Slice one banana and layer on top of graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture on top. Layer 4 more sheets of graham crackers on top of pudding mixture. Slice second banana and place on top of graham crackers. Pour remaining pudding mixture on top. Coarsely crush last two sheets of graham crackers and sprinkle on top of pudding.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
