Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Separate biscuits and place on a cookie sheet that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten each biscuit into a 3 inch circle.
Evenly divide marshmallows and place in the center of each biscuit. In a small bowl, combine pecans and chocolate chips. Evenly sprinkle mixture over marshmallows.
Fold biscuits in half and seal the edges with the tines of a fork. Lightly spray tops with butter-flavored cooking spray.
Bake for about 15 minutes. Spray tops lightly again with butter-flavored cooking spray. Place cookie sheet on a wire rack and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve while warm.
