Welcome to Cheryll's Journey!   

I am now HALF the woman I used to be after losing 125 pounds!

This website is a chronicle of my journey and this awesome lifestyle change I have undertaken.  One of the things I have learned so far is that WeightWatchers is not a diet, it's a lifestyle; and it's a lifestyle that I can live with!

I have added "before" pictures as well as "progress" pictures.

And now you can see GOAL pictures!

I never realized how unhappy I was being overweight...until I started losing, and then I realized how GOOD this feels and how worth it I am.  I am worth it!  My self-esteem has shot sky high...and the more successful I am, the more successful I feel; and the more I want to do this.  For me!  Suddenly I see...and now I understand "why the hell it means so much to me".
