Hi. My name is Jamie and I am 23, working in Northern Michigan at the local convention and visitors bureau as a receptionist. I followed the Weight Watchers plan for more than a year and lost about 85 pounds. Then I stopped...for whatever reason, I started eating like I did before and put on some weight...a lot of weight. I let everything I learned go by the wayside and have gained back about half of the weight I lost. I originally used this site as I was transitioning into maintenance to compile what I had learned on my journey, but now I will use it as I try to get back down to a healthy weight. January 1st, 2008 sounds like a good day to begin my official re-lose weight campaign. I've done it before, so I will just have to do it again!
