Goal #1... 10%... Check.
Well I haven't run in about a week or more. Between finals and shin splints I haven't made it out. But I bought new tenny runners and I'm going to hit trails instead of sidewalks. Should prevent the shin splints. I've been working out most days, but I started losing all that I had gained so...crack down time. School is over tomorrow, I've already worked out and am heading out for my run today. Will be keeping up with it every day after tomorrow.
Well I have pretty much neglected this site since it's inception. I have not , however, been neglecting myself. About 3 weeks ago or so I began working out. Hard. Every day. Looks something like this.
I finally reached my 10% loss! And, of course, my camera is broken... grr.

Yeah I pretty much blew this a long time ago. Just goes to show how bad I am at this kind a thing. Oh well. I have still lost a little weight, mostly I think because I stopped eating Olive Garden every day, and when I do eat there I eat smaller portions, garden fare items, and low fat dressing and NO ALFREDO OR BREADSTICKS. The other large part of this is my body is finally clearing out all of the Depo Shot. It will still take about another six months before my body returns to normal. I didn't think I had gained weight with the shot but apparently I did.
