Gettin' there!

Goal #1... 10%... Check.
Goal #2.... 150lbs... Check!!!
I am now down to 149 lbs!

Start.. Nov. 11 2005 ... 183
Now....Mar. 21 2006... 149 ............ 34 lbs lost BABY!!! .. I am currently 11 lbs lighter than when I became pregnant with X! I am also at Fantacy Girls weight! (meaning, I was not on drugs!)

Next goal.... 143 lbs... (pre- pregnancy with the girls weight)
Ultimate goal.... 139 lbs... (wedding weight... smallest adult weight)

Only 10 lbs to go... A grand total of 44 lbs lost.... I can do it!

Well I haven't run in about a week or more. Between finals and shin splints I haven't made it out. But I bought new tenny runners and I'm going to hit trails instead of sidewalks. Should prevent the shin splints. I've been working out most days, but I started losing all that I had gained so...crack down time. School is over tomorrow, I've already worked out and am heading out for my run today. Will be keeping up with it every day after tomorrow.

Ann

Well I have pretty much neglected this site since it's inception. I have not , however, been neglecting myself. About 3 weeks ago or so I began working out. Hard. Every day. Looks something like this.

Crunches 3 sets 50-100
Pushups 3 sets 15
Lunges 3 sets 20
Squats 1-3 sets 20
Curls 3 sets 15
Shoulder Press 3 sets 15
Tris 0-3 sets 15

And then I run for 2-3.5 miles (Although have not for last 3 days, got really bad shin splints).

I get a smoothie and a shot of wheat grass every morning for breakfast. Most days I eat well some days I do not.

I started seeing results almost immediately, and see improvement every day. My goal is to have no squishy anywhere by April 17th when I leave for Miami. I believe that is an attainable goal. I will post before and after pics in 3 weeks.

10% BABY!

I finally reached my 10% loss! And, of course, my camera is broken... grr.

Here are the stats, anyway:

Start date: Nov. 10
Start weight: 183
10% weight loss goal: 18 lb.

Goal met Jan. 23 @ 165 lb.

Hurray for me! :)

For Ann

Yeah I pretty much blew this a long time ago. Just goes to show how bad I am at this kind a thing. Oh well. I have still lost a little weight, mostly I think because I stopped eating Olive Garden every day, and when I do eat there I eat smaller portions, garden fare items, and low fat dressing and NO ALFREDO OR BREADSTICKS. The other large part of this is my body is finally clearing out all of the Depo Shot. It will still take about another six months before my body returns to normal. I didn't think I had gained weight with the shot but apparently I did.

So I have not been working out (too busy) and I have not been eating all that well (too busy) or keeping track of it, but I'm still doing fairly well. This week I intend to begin the regimen again, only I can't afford any groceries so I guess I will still be eating at OG and sandwiches at home :)
