Things I've realized upon losing weight...  

                      

  • Somedays are harder then others, but always keep your goals in sight.
  • No one can do this for me and I have to want it a 110% to achive.
  • I am my own support system.
  • Before you can start a diet you need to know exactly what you're eating and why you're gaining weight to begin with.  Keeping a food journal is a must!
  • NO pain- NO gain is very true! But I like to say NO pain - NO LOSS! The tell tale of the scale...  
  • It's alot easier when you have a workout/diet buddy by your side- THANKS Dede!  
  • There's no such thing a quick fix with your health.
  • This is a permant lifestyle change. 
  • I am a beautiful person on the inside & out.
  • Doctors are right- you do lose weight when you exercise and eat right.  Go figure! lol
  • I can lose 88 lbs. in  6 mnts.
  • I can go from a 26/28 (4X) to an 18/20 (2X) in 135 days.   
  • Sometimes a belt is required- if not, you may loose your pants. lol 
  • You have to love yourself before you can allow the rest of the world to love you too.
  • I did not require surgery or pills for my success- this is 100% all natural~ME!
  • I can wear a tight shirt now without an over shirt/sweater and actually feel comfortable.
  • I can look forward to my 2-3 workouts in a week and actually *enjoy* them.
  • I can do an hour of straight cardio which includes 40 full minutes on the elliptical(now- that's tough!)  HIP-HIP HOORAY!  *\o/*
  • I can feel sexy in MY own skin.
  • My body is my temple- this is my only chance I have to get it right! 
  • Being referred to as a "BIG" girl at 5'11 doesn't mean I have to be overweight/obese. 
  • I can walk 3-5 miles- not take a rest and actually make my puppy pOOped! lol
  • I can walk without having to catch my breath or my knees hurting me!
  • I can fit comfortably in concert/sporting event seats without making the person next to me uncomfortable or using a roll as an arm rest!
  • The number on the scale does not define the person I am- it just shows what I can accomplish when I put my mind, body & spirit into something positive.
  • Losing weight has improved my overall quality of life.
  • Though weightloss slows down--giving up will NEVER  be an option!
  • I can have 14 & 16's  in my closet--they *WILL* fit in the very *near* future! 
  • Getting bigger is NOT a choice--I have no bigger clothing--no crutch-no excuses- the time is RIGHT NOW!
  • I can fit into a 1X!  O*M*G!  I actually *ENJOY* shopping now!
  • Smaller clothes are easier to find & are usually cheaper too! BONUS!
  • I TURN HEADS--Yep, Lil' Ole' M - E!  ~YiPPie~
  • Confidence, commitment & determination go neck & neck!  If you have those--trust me, you will succeed!
  • I can accept a compliment and feel as if the person is being truthful.
  • I can like my reflection in the mirror and stand proud.  
  • In my own little world--I am the Biggest Loser!
  • When you feel good on the inside about your body--YOU ALL AROUND GLOW !
  • I can be a role model to people aspiring to lose weight--If I can do it--SO CAN YOU!
