21 1/2 oz. canned diced tomatoes with green chilies (2 cans Rotel)
14 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
3 Tablespoons pickled jalapenos slices
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon ground black pepper

Methods/steps

Combine Rotel, tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic powder, salt and black pepper
in blender container. Turn blender on low speed and mix for a few seconds. Do NOT overmix or salsa will turn to liquid. Stir in diced onions. Store in refrigerator.

NOTE: Salsa is best when made in advance and flavors have time to mellow.

WARNING: This salsa is fiery when made as listed. If you prefer less
spice, omit 1 can of Rotel and use 2 cans of diced tomatoes. Adjust other
seasonings according to taste.
