Celery Sage Pork Chops

2 Tbsp. chopped fresh sage or dried rubbed sage
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4 boneless pork loin chops (about 4 oz. ea.), all visible fat removed
Olive oil spray
1/2 cup water

Methods/steps

In a small bowl, stir together rub ingredients. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with rub.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and spray with olive oil spray. Put back on heat and cook pork chops for 2 minutes, or until lightly browned. Turn over and cook 2 more minutes.
Add water. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink in center; drain and serve.
