1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup light butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
1 large egg white
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup Cherry Flavored Craisins

Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp skim milk (more or less, depending on desired consistency)

Methods/steps

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix sugars, butter, flavoring and egg white in large bowl. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl, mix well, and add to sugar mixture. Stir in craisins. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix powdered sugar and milk to form glaze and lightly spread onto top of each cookie. Let cool slightly.
