8 oz. Ronzoni Smart Taste pasta, Penne or any other whole wheat pasta Methods/steps1. Cook the pasta according to directions on box. 2. In large skillet, (I prefer cast iron), spray with cooking spray, add chicken. Cook about 7 mins. or until cooked. Remove from skillet, add chicken broth and flour in same skillet. Stir in cream cheese, parmesan, garlic and pepper, stirring constantly until it comes to a soft boil. Turn off; allow to thicken up. Serving equals 1 cup of pasta, 1/4 lb. of chicken 1 cup of broccoli and 1/4 cup of sauce. Nutrition Information per serving: Reviews |

Additional Tips
If sauce is to thick I add more chicken broth. I also spray the pasta with I Cannot Believe It's Not Butter spray as soon as I drain it. Yummy!
