12 oz. can fat free evaporated milk
10 3/4 oz. can 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
10 3/4 oz. can 98% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
10 3/4 oz. condensed chicken noodle soup, undiluted
1/4 cup flour
12 1/2 oz. can chicken breast, drained
5 oz. can chow mein noodles

Methods/steps

In a large skillet, combine the first five ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken; heat through. Serve over chow mein noodles.
