12 ounces cooked chicken breast halves, cubed
2 stalks celery, diced
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup red seedless grapes
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Light Ranch dressing
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons cashews, dry-roasted salted

Methods/steps

In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken breast, celery, and green onions. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir dressing mixture into chicken mixture; add grapes and toss gently to coat well. Refrigerate overnight. Divide salad equally between 4 serving plates and top each serving with 1/2 Tbsp. of cashews.

This salad was fantastic! I didn't have plain yogurt so I used vanilla instead..Delicious!!
