In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken breast, celery, and green onions. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, Ranch dressing, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir dressing mixture into chicken mixture; add grapes and toss gently to coat well. Refrigerate overnight. Divide salad equally between 4 serving plates and top each serving with 1/2 Tbsp. of cashews.
