1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked chicken breast
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. nonfat plain yogurt
3 Tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
15 slices whole grain bread

Methods/steps

Combine chicken, celery, yogurt, mayonnaise and walnuts.
Spread 5 slices of bread with half of the chicken mixture. Top each slice with another slice of bread. Spread the second slices of bread with the remaining chicken mixture. Top each with a third slice of bread.
Trim crusts from bread and cut each sandwich into thirds. Then cut each third in half.
