Yields: 2 1/2 cups 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa Methods/stepsPlace cocoa, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and stir to mix well. Using a wire whisk, slowly stir in the milk and evaporated milk. Place the saucepan over medium heat; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes, or just until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture to a small dessert fondue pot to keep warm. Serve with chunks of bananas, apples, pears, whole strawberries, low fat cookies or whatever you desire.
