Serves - 5 (2 each) 1 (7.5 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits Methods/stepsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Separate biscuits and place on a cookie sheet that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Flatten each biscuit into a 3 inch circle. Evenly divide marshmallows and place in the center of each biscuit. In a small bowl, combine pecans and chocolate chips. Evenly sprinkle mixture over marshmallows. Fold biscuits in half and seal the edges with the tines of a fork. Lightly spray tops with butter-flavored cooking spray. Bake for about 15 minutes.
