1 1/2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups plain fat free yogurt
1 tablespoon of olive oil or canola oil
2 egg whites

Methods/steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray 9" round baking dish with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake for another 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly.

Cut into 8 wedges.

I think there is an ingredient missing! This was horrible! It was very salty and the taste did not resemble corn bread in the slightest! Corn bread should be a little sweet, there was no sweet taste. I was very disappointed.
