10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
4 ounces neufchatel cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon light margarine, melted
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese

Methods/steps

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well. Stir together
cream cheese, margarine and nutmeg. Stir in spinach, spoon into lightly
greased 1-quart casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Or cover and microwave at 100 percent power for 3 minutes.
