Serves - 16 1 package White cake mix Methods/stepsPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, diet soda, egg whites and 3 Tbsp. of Creme de Menthe syrup. With an electric mixer, beat on low speed for 1 minute or until cake mix is moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. While cake is warm, spread hot fudge topping onto cake. Allow to cool completely. Mix 2 Tbsp. Creme de Menthe syrup with whipped topping. Evenly spread whipped topping onto cooled cake. This was so good, and so easy to make!! Hard to believe that it was legal to eat, it is a good cool down treat on a hot day.
