Crisp Apple and Cranberry Salad

2 medium Red Delicious apples, unpeeled and cored
2 large firm ripe pears, unpeeled and cored
1 cup unsweetened, canned Mandarin Oranges
1/3 cup finely chopped celery ( about 1 rib)
1/2 cup Craisins
1 (8 oz) carton lemon fat free yogurt
2 tbsp chopped pecans
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

Methods/steps

Cut each apple and pear into 8 wedges; cut crosswise into chunks. Set aside. Combine yogurt and remaining ingredients, stir well.
Add apples and pears and toss to combine.

Yield: 10 cups.
