Salsa: Methods/stepsHeat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, combine all salsa ingredients; mix well. Set aside. Brush oil over all sides of chicken breast halves. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, black pepper and ground red pepper. When grill is ready, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals.
