Serves - 4 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves Methods/stepsCombine orange juice, garlic powder and black pepper; add chicken. Marinate overnight. Cook chicken on countertop grill or on outdoor grill. In a medium bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeno, olive oil and lime juice.
