1 cup orange juice
15 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
2 medium bananas
2 teaspoons sugar
32 ounces fat-free plain yogurt
1 cup ice

Methods/steps

Add the ice, pineapple, sugar and bananas in a blender; process until smooth. Add the orange juice and yogurt and blend. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately. You can garnish the side of the glass with a pineapple slice for decoration, if desired.
