14 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
4 egg whites
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons coffee liqueur, divided
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons light margarine, softened
2 cups confectioner's sugar

Methods/steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9"x13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large saucepan, over very low heat, combine condensed milk, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder. Stir until chips are melted; remove from heat. Stir in egg whites, flour, 1 Tablespoon of liqueur, baking powder and vanilla; mix well.

Turn into prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.

In a small bowl, beat margarine, remaining liqueur and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Spread brownies with frosting. Cut into 24 squares. Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.

I made these for a potluck and they were a HUGE hit. Very easy and very tasty!
