Serves - 42 6 Tablespoons light margarine Methods/stepsPreheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, egg substitute and vanilla extract. With an electric mixer, beat until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats and baking soda; mix well. Add the flour mixture to the margarine mixture and mix well. Stir in the cinnamon chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheet, about 1 1/2 inches apart. Flatten each cookie slightly with the tip of a spoon. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until lightly browned and crisp. Remove from oven and cool on the pan for 1 minute. Then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. *Cinnamon chips are sometimes a seasonal item, usually found near the chocolate chips. Nutrition Information: Reviews |
