1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tablespoons light margarine, melted
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup Frank's hot sauce
1/8 teaspoon celery seeds
ground black pepper, to taste

Methods/steps

Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine margarine, vinegar, hot sauce, celery seeds and black pepper. Pour over chicken in slow cooker.

Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.

This was easy and very delicious. Chicken was quite tender and was a great leftover for lunch the next day. This recipe is a keeper!
