2 medium apples, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in halves
1/2 lb. mesquite smoked turkey breast, diced
1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 small head butter lettuce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Methods/steps

In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, celery, smoked turkey, grapes and mayonnaise; mix well. Fold in walnuts.

Divide lettuce leaves equally among serving plates. Top with salad mixture.
